mill bearing repair and maintenance.
Our Mill Bearing Services Include:
- Pick-up of chocks and return transport
- Initial inspection and
evaluation
- Checking balance cylinders for leaks and smooth operation
- Disassembling
components for access to bearings, referencing existing load
zone location and bearing removal.
- Thoroughly clean and inspect
bearings for damage and wear, replace if necessary
- Inspection
of chock bore for wear and damage, recording of all dimensions
- Digital
photos of chocks and bearings for records
- Reinstall bearings ensuring
load zone relocation
- Assemble all hardware including new seals
- Re-inspection and
delivery
